1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Trusted Pipeline Advisor (TPA) website and its related services, including the QIC Assess platform, EA Reporting Hub, and TRIAGE by AbaData integration, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the site.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and service workflows, is the property of Trusted Pipeline Advisor or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.
3. Service Scope and Limitations
TPA provides technical assessments, digital reporting workflows, and data modeling tools intended to support pipeline integrity management. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and applicability, TPA makes no warranty that results generated by QIC Assess, EA Reporting Hub, or TRIAGE are error-free, exhaustive, or suitable for all regulatory scenarios. Engineering judgment should always be applied.
4. Use of Data and Confidentiality
Data submitted through the EA Reporting Hub or integrated tools will be used strictly for the purpose of generating risk assessments and engineering reports. TPA maintains secure cloud infrastructure and implements standard industry safeguards to protect client data. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to share any data uploaded to the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall TPA or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the website or services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or operational downtime.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
Services offered via the EA Reporting Hub or QIC Assess are subject to fees as outlined at the time of order submission. Refunds are provided only in cases of technical failure or mutual agreement. Custom projects or expedited assessments are non-refundable once initiated.
7. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate, current information and to maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials. Unauthorized access or use of the site’s features, or any attempt to interfere with its functionality, is grounds for immediate suspension of access.
8. Modifications and Termination
TPA reserves the right to change or discontinue services, modify these Terms and Conditions, or update platform features at any time without notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and applicable federal Canadian laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
